How to get the most out of Live Coaching Calls

It’s normal to be nervous, I’ve got you. 

The more vulnerable you are, the more progress you will make.  The vulnerability can feel uncomfortable. But remember the process of overcoming pornography is getting really good at being uncomfortable. Let this be another opportunity for you to practice being uncomfortable.
