Got a question? Ask it here! Ali runs live office hours once a week at the time that works best for most people in the cohort (we'll poll for that in your intake form).

Show up live and get coached in real time, or drop your question in the chat beforehand and she'll respond as the hour opens.

Live Classes

Every week you're in a live session with Sara Brewer. If you found your way here through the podcast or her free content, you already know what she brings to a room. If you're newer to her work:

Sara is a trauma-informed coach and educator who has spent years working specifically with shame-driven compulsive pornography use. She's supported over 1,800 people through this process directly, and millions more through the podcast and social media. She built this program because she kept seeing the same thing: shame isn't just a side effect of the pattern. It's the fuel. Address that, and everything else shifts.

Once a month, the live session is with Dr. Kersti Spjut, a licensed clinical psychologist, with over a decade of experience, specializes in sexual health, out-of-control sexual behavior, perfectionism, and shame. Weekly coaching with Sara and monthly clinical perspective from Dr. Spjut is the perfect blend of support, love, and education.
